Payments & Policies
Payment Information:
All payments are due upon receipt/when picking up from our shop and PRIOR TO delivery or shipment. Delivery or shipment will not occur until payment is received. Once payment is received, items will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery date to your selected drop-off location. Shipment will be arranged the same or the next business day once payment is received and tracking information is sent by email.
Accepted forms of Payment: All major credit cards through Intuit, Paypal, Venmo, Cash, and Checks(there will be a $50 returned check fee) A service fee of 3.5% is added to all invoices to cover online payment fees, this includes Venmo. This fee can be deducted if paying by cash or check.
Late Payment Policy: we will send reminder emails at each time frame.
After 14 days of non-payment, a $5 late fee will be added to your account.
After 30 days of non-payment, a $10.00 late fee will be added to your account.
After 60 days of non-payment, a $20.00 late fee will be added to your account.
After 90 days of non-payment, your items will become the property of Shades of Bay Equine Laundry. Your past-due account will be closed and the items will not be delivered.
Storage Fees: $1 per blanket per day after 30 days.
We are not a large facility and space is very limited, we do not have the room to keep blankets taking up room on our shelves for months and months. It is your responsibility to pick up your blankets in a timely fashion after we contact you with your invoice.
